Refund policy

Once the return has been authorised, a refund will be made within a short time, no more than 30 days.

There are two ways to be refunded:

  • Through the same payment method
  • By means of a VOUCHER of the same value as the returned garment/garments which can be spent in a single payment within 1 month - after which it will no longer be refundable - on the online shop. The value of the voucher corresponds to the value of the garments purchased. So in case of a promotion it is equal to the discounted price.
    This voucher must be used in a single payment. If the purchase is less than the amount of the voucher, the difference will be lost.

To make a return, log in to your account page via the icon  in the menu.
On your account page you will have the possibility to make a return request via the button  . Fill in the form in all its parts, choosing the products to be returned, the preferred type of refund and the day of collection.
We will take care of the rest!

The user must return the Product in the same condition in which he/she received it, suitably protected, packed and complete with all its attachments, to the courier (usually DHL) indicated by TRUCCO TESSILE SPA. The user must attach the pre-filled and pre-paid waybill, received by email a few days after the return request has been made, to the parcel containing the Product to be returned and then hand the parcel over to the courier.

Customized items cannot be returned.

The procedure described in the preceding paragraph is only available if the Product subject to withdrawal must be picked up at an address located within the borders of Italy. If the user exercising the withdrawal instead needs to return the purchased Product by shipping it from an address located outside of these borders, the shipment of the Product to TRUCCO TESSILE SPA Via Torino, 187 - 12038 Savigliano (CN) ITALY must be made, without undue delay and in any case within 30 calendar days from the date on which the user communicated their decision to withdraw to TRUCCO TESSILE SPA, using a carrier of the user's choice and at their own expense (including any customs charges). The deadline is met if the user sends back the Product before the expiry of the aforementioned thirty-day period.
