How much does shipping cost?

The cost of shipping within Italy is

  • Standard Shipping BRT: €5.90 (within 3-4 working days - Free from 100€)
  • Express Shipping DHL: €7.00 (within 2 working days - ALWAYS ON PAYMENT)

For EU countries the cost is €19.00 and free for all orders over €200 For non-EU countries €30.00 and free for all orders over €320.00.

What is the Delivery Time for my Order?

The delivery time for your order within the national territory varies from 3 to 5 working days from receipt of the purchase order. If the recipient is abroad, the delivery time may increase.

If I am on holiday, what can I do for the delivery of the package?

In case you are absent at the time of delivery, DHL will try the delivery a second time. After that if it is unsuccessful, you can reschedule the delivery with the DHL courier, or choose to have your parcel picked up at your nearest DHL branch.

Can I place an order and send it to a country other than my own?

Yes, we currently ship to all CEE countries.

I have not yet received my order, what should I do?

If you have not yet received your purchase on time, we advise you to check the status of your shipment on your order page.

Can I choose the day and time of delivery?

No, make sure that someone is present at the indicated place of dispatch.

Returns

Can I return my purchase online?

You always have the possibility tochange your mind and return purchase free of charge via easy online procedure on order page. returned items must be sent trucco tessile spa in a single shipment. you will receive refund for same payment method chose or voucher within short period time. more details how click here.

Can I return different orders in the same shipment?

Yes you can, just make sure to include the return authorisation for each individual order inside the package.

I have already filled in the Online Return Form and want to change it, how can I do it?

You will receive the return form by email If you have forgotten to insert items or want to remove items, you can insert/remove them from the package before handing it over to the courier. Make sure that all items you want to return are sent in one shipment.

I have filled in the Return Form, but I have reconsidered and want to keep the items, how can I do this?

If you have changed your mind, write an e-mail to customerservice@julipet.it, our customer service will cancel your return request to the courier.

Do any promotions and/or special sales conditions that have been used lapse when I make my return?

Yes, any returned garments may invalidate the promotions used and will therefore be charged to the purchaser.

How will I get my return refunded?

The refund will be made with the same payment method chosen for the online purchase or through a voucher that can be used on the site within a month. The refund will be made in a very short time, no later than 30 days (for orders purchased with Credit Card, Prepaid and PayPal).

The refund will be made to the same credit card or to the account PayPal chosen for online purchase.

For orders paid on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer, it is therefore necessary to send an email to customerservice@julipet.it, with the IBAN and the reference of the order number.

I want to return the gift made online, who will receive the refund?

The refund will be made with the same payment method chosen for the online purchase, and only the person who initially made the purchase will receive the refund. For orders paid on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer, it is therefore necessary to send an email to customerservice@julipet.it, with the IBAN and the reference of the order number.
